Jotaro Kujo, sometimes written as Joutarou Kuujou, is the third JoJo in the series. Jotaro is first introduced in “Part III: Stardust Crusaders” as a young 17-year-old delinquent who is quickly tasked with tracking down the returning villain DIO in a bid to save his mother. He also makes additional appearances in “Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable,” “Part V: Vento Aureo,” and “Part VI: Stone Ocean.”
In addition to his physical strength and intelligence, Jotaro is the first JoJo introduced with a Stand: Star Platinum. While Jotaro originally believes Star Platinum to be an evil spirit possessing him, he quickly learns that it is actually one of his greatest weapons.
