So this has the usual excellent paint from Amakuni, they’re at the very top of the list of companies for best quality in paint. Their Bombergirl Aqua figure is the best painted figure in my entire collection, that figure is amazing. And they did a great job here too, it doesn’t stand out that much as the clothes are nearly entirely black, except for a light reddish colour on the inside of the wings, gold buckles on her neck & chest, and a few silver rings on her suspenders.

The grey shading on everything looks excellent, when you look at figure from a distance or in low light it just looks black, but as soon as you look closely or in a good light there’s so much grey shading, looks amazing. The sculpt is excellent, I love how her top, suspenders & pantsu all press in on the skin to give the impression that they’re tight fitting. Also her shoulder blades on her back looks excellent, these shoulder blades are one of the first things I look at with a figure, because a good sculpt will have these sculpted extremely well, and each side should be different if the arms are in different positions, like they’ve done here with one protruding out more than the other.

Her hair is painted with a matt paint & has good shading, I much prefer hair that’s painted in slight glossy or reflective paint, gives the hair more life. Like the hair on Lulumu by Pure or the Grim Aloe Bellydancer by Wing that reflects light.

The only thing I’m not a fan of is the base, I absolutely hate when they write the characters name on the base, and this not only has her name, but the name of the anime, the season, and the name of the figure. It would have looked so much better if it was just purple and had loads of the stars.

But the best thing about her is her tail is currently propping up my figure of Punish and stopping her from leaning any further haha. So if anyone has this figure of Punish then here is your fix to stop her leaning any more haha. She’s been there for over 3 months and been held in place.

So overall it’s a really nice looking figure, any Yanagi fan should be pleased with her.
