The figure consists of two parts: the entire body (including the head) and the pipe that serves as a weapon. It's quite difficult to fit the pipe in your hand, as you have to wiggle your fingers hard enough to open your hand and insert the pipe. Excellent and very detailed figure. Highly recommended.
