This is WAY bigger than I was expecting and just stunning. As others have said, you can swap between two faces and two left arms (one to hold a sake cup and the other to touch her chest). Getting one of the walls together was a little fiddly, but otherwise the diorama is fantastic.
I bought it "used" but it arrived still sealed with the original tape and it looked like it had never been unboxed. So well worth the price, and then some.
