Her box arrived in perfect state, but one of her wings was already broken when I opened the box (I always open them very carefully, so it likely had broken off during manufacturing or shipping). Furthermore, ALL of her pegs were VERY tight, with the top left ribbon not going fully in (and might fall with the slightest touch) and the pegs of her base and feet being so tight that the force needed to connect them might break or crack the base (and the book she's standing on is hollow, so it might be prone to breaking/cracking with that same amount of force). Fortunately mine didn't break since I used hot water to soften the pegs a little and managed to put most of them in, though the one ribbon on her head still refuses to go all the way in no matter what (the ribbons are very thin and flexible, so they're hard to get a proper hold on and I was afraid of bending or breaking them, so couldn't force them in). I looked online and it seems like all of these issues were common among other people who bought her (most notably the hard to fit and easy to break base, and the ribbon on her head being an almost impossible fit). Since this is more of the manufacturer's fault I won't dock many stars off this review since there's workarounds for the issues (and to be honest, it is a pretty old figure), but a warning of some sort would've been nice. If you can get past all the possible problems this figure is still very nice to look at and her curves don't disappoint (unlike the quality control of this figure on the manufacturer's part).
