I just love this Zero Two figure, Kotobukiya did an amazing job on her, and there’s not many figures of her in her Franxx pilot suit with the seat as the base. And I just love the pose, it’s perfect.

The red paint looks amazing, it’s very similar to the paint on their Vash figure, that bright glossy red with lots of heavy black shading, her suit looks excellent. It’s even more impressive when this was only ¥12k (or ¥14k, I can’t remember) when it was first released. The pilot seat also has nice shading.

The hair is what you’d expect of a figure in this price range, meaning the top of the head is smooth with no hair sculpting, the hair itself is translucent plastic painted pink, overall it looks good.

Kotobukiya always do a great job on their face sculpts, they’re one of the best companies for getting the likeness to the character correct, even more expensive figure don’t do as good as job as they do. And here they’ve done a great job again, looks great.

So overall this figure looks great, any Zero Two fan will love it. I seen another review that called the figure “fragile”, it doesn’t seem fragile to me at all.

The sculpture on this figure is top notch and the paintwork is first class. Her suit shines beautifully under the lights of my display. It did feel shorter and lighter than I expected but that's because it isn't her full body. Compared to my other 1/7 scale figures, the size is right. So glad I got it when it was 40% off :). she looks exactly like in the anime. the hair is great a bit fragile but it's okay. the base is great and she's pretty big!
