Not sure why this model is so cheap especially being 1/4 scale, my only guess is she isn't the most popular shipgirl but definitely worth picking up. The details of the model perfectly captures Manchester in her Midnight Devil skin and is a sizeable figure that looks great alongside others in my collection, definitely worth picking up for her price when compared to other models this scale, only reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars is the box not having a plastic window to view her through but if that doesn't bother you she is well worth the money.
