"Hello there! Welcome to the world of Pokemon! My name is Oak! People call me the Pokemon Prof!

This world is inhabited by creatures called Pokemon! For some people, Pokemon are pets. Other use them for fights. Myself… I study Pokemon as a profession.

First, what is your name?

From below, you can check out the details of Oak’s book. While the cover is quite simple in design, the real standout is the curvature of Oak’s fingers as he grips the books. It looks so realistic! (・0・。)

Lastly, with the original Japanese voice actor for Professor Oak, Ishizuka Unsho, sadly passing in 2018, this figure release by Kotobukiya seems like a heart-warming tribute to the beloved actor. ˚‧º·(˚ ˃̣̣̥᷄⌓˂̣̣̥᷅ )‧º·˚

Every detail of the knowledgeable mentor is carefully recreated: the shine of his belt buckle, the pen peeking out from his coat pocket, and of course his purple slippers!
