New Tracking Update!

We’ve rolled out a new tracking update to give you more insight into your package’s whereabouts.
This new look gives more details and see-through to show you where your order is every step of the way.

What's Changed?

Previously, tracking updates were shown based solely on Japan Post's tracking system, which displays only significant updates once a package leaves Japan. With these infrequent updates, it can be difficult to determine where your package is at any given time or where it's headed. 
Our new tracking update provides access to more detailed information after your package reaches its designated destination country. All tracking information is now displayed from over 2,180 carrier companies worldwide. If you've placed an order after September 2023, you'll have access to this new, in-depth tracking information!
On top of that, we've rolled everything up into a new design to make it easy to follow these newly displayed details. Keep up-to-date on your packages with ease on both mobile and desktop.
