FigureSIT: The Chibi Concept with Diorama Flair

Welcome to the Solaris Blog! ヾ( ʚ̴̶̷ .̫ ʚ̴̶̷ )ノ”
Anime figure collectors already know the sacred ritual: unboxing your newest treasure, finding the perfect spot on your shelf, and giving it the reverence it deserves. But sometimes you just want something small and fun.

There are several options available like Megahouse’s Look Up series, featuring characters with big heads that can be turned to look up at you.

There is also Bushiroad’s PalVerse Pale line showcasing characters being birthed from a paint palette.

And now we have a new entry, unique in it's own ways. SUNRISEPOP has taken the chibi concept and created the figureSIT series. Let's see what they are all about.

The name figureSIT should make it fairly obvious what the concept is. These figures are specifically designed to sit but get some extra flair.

These figures are sized around the same as chibi competitors but come with their own mini diorama set up. The sitting platforms are designed to bring a thematic look. They give each character their own stage, fitting the series and matching their partners.

They also include some acrylic display pieces which can be attached to the base as well. It helps create the full image, and with the name plate, could be a nice little way to showcase a collection based around the series. Slapping one of these in front of your scales could be a nice way to add visual variety and add some of your less favorite characters.

What do you think about this concept? A refreshing idea? Or overpriced trash?
