Interesting.

For those of you who don't know, Insight has been accused of making low quality slop in the past. But this... I don't know. From the rumors going around, I expected a lot less. Maybe I got lucky.

Look, I'm just an amateur, and just got her 24 hours ago. And she's my only Insight effigy. I can't tell you if the paint is cheap or if she's going to melt in the summer heat. I don't know. But judging by her weight, she's not any more hollow than my average figure, and her face has fine detail. Glossy eyes. They're not more crossed than your typical anime girl's. Her nails have a nice and subtle highlight that's safely anchored where it belongs. She fits her stand better than other characters I own from more reputable brands. She wasn't loose; she came in a well-packaged box that actually features plastic scaffolding. If this is bait to get me to buy an actual low quality figure... it's working.

And bruh. She's not just your average anime nymph. She thicc momma domma yomma. She THICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC

Her nipples have a soft, pink, virgin tint, and the tips are small. They scream "pure-hearted;" I love them. And you might want to place a mirror behind her, because Anime Jesus saw fit to reward her faith with a kilometric butt worthy of a frame.

Her body is fun to look at. Her curves are audacious, and her skin is light and clean, but has subtle reddening where it gets tight. It does a great job at selling her supposed squishiness.

I'm fanboying. I'll try to complain now:

I think her weakest link is the hair; it seems they have trouble molding graceful anime strands. (Though I feel many brands struggle with this to some extent.) And when displayed in a cabinet and viewed from a distance, the overall piece is a distractingly uniform yellow. There seems to be some extra pigment in the tips of her fringe, but it's too subtle to contribute much.

I should probably clarify: At first blush, it seems she has some imperfections in the left side (our right) of her fringe. I was surprised to find that this is not stray molten plastic, but actually a (maybe ill-advised) attempt to emulate some awkward linework from the reference illustration. (Look up "neneneji nun" in Danbooru.)

The clothes feel underdesigned. The veil needs some floral/religious patterns (to be fair, the reference doesn't have them), and the white pieces are missing the really small designs in the border. (But it's probably not feasible to ink details that thin.)

And I guess her mouth is just a small blob of paint; could've used a little bit of 3D. I'm nitpicking already.

My overall impression is that she is, indeed, somewhat lower quality than her roommates, but this might just be confirmation bias, and it's nothing worth hating for. And I paid less for her than the others, so I don't feel cheated.

Then again, it probably barely matters. You're buying this because of the sainctly plumpness. If you feel that your current showcase is a bit overpopulated by anorexic ladies, you could do much worse.
