I have Shamsiel pre-owned but never opened. Her sculpt is quite nice with some minor flaws on some parts of the figure (for example: shading on her boots and paint transferred to her body from her outfit).

Her sculpt seems a little "dated" which makes sense since her original release was 2016. Personally, I don't mind, but I wanted to point it out.

What I couldn't understand was the lack of a manual, which made it very difficult to pull off her outfit. Without a manual showing how to take off each piece, there is a very high chance of damaging her outfit. I highly recommend looking online for instructions.

Nonetheless, I like her a lot and am very happy to own her!

She is a very sexy and good looking figure her face is very well done. I also like the mirror base its really nice you can see her from different angles.
