If you're buying the Jojo anime, you already know what to expect, as this is already the second DVD of the second part. However, this limited edition is hillarious for the wrong reasons - besides the cool poster and box art, it also comes with a silicone Kars USB - and obviously the stick is inside his legs. It's basically a reply to the when Kars used Lisa Lisa's legs as guitar frets. It's amusing and makes for some conversation starter if you come with the legs of some muscular dude to plug them in a computer.
