Maybe a bigger and better figure is calling your name, or you simply ran out of shelf space. Or perhaps other obligations got in the way…(꒦ີ﹏꒦ີ。)

New Cancellation Feature

We’ve made it easier than ever to request a partial or full cancellation of your order. Back-and-forth emails are a thing of the past with our new cancellation feature! Requests can now be made through your order history found under “My Account” instead of having to email us. This makes the cancellation process more streamlined, easier, and faster for everyone. Just select the item(s) you want to cancel and send out your request. You can also leave us a note if you want to!

Heads up, cancellations will incur fees based on timing and item type! (See “Can I cancel my order? (preorder item)”).
We generally don’t accept cancellations for non-preorder items, but we make exceptions in certain situations. Similar fee rules apply here as well (See “Can I cancel my order? (in-stock item)”). Every cancellation request will be reviewed by our team, which reserves the right to decide on a case-by-case basis whether to accept a request or not.

This is fantastic. I like the energy too as opposed to amiami who scolded me like a child who scribbled on a wall when I had to cancel a preorder. Sometimes life happens and you need to pivot faster than you wanted. I appreciate not feeling like I’m a villain when/if that happens.
