Azur Lane

Just like last year, Azur Lane has a slew of figures modeled after characters in-game summer themed skins.
The ever so petite Le Malin gets a figure based on the visual of her Mercredi at the Secret Base costume. Lounging in a chair at the beach, book in hand, is a great way to spend a lazy afternoon in summer. The sculpt is great and includes plenty of fan service for those who like feet.

Cheshire is back again, this time with a figure from Apex's budget friendly Limepie figure line.
The overall vibe is very similar but this one is a little more playful as our friendly manjuu gets a reward. It is a great summer bishoujo figure for those looking to save some money. Anchorage is a character that doesn't get a whole lot of love. Not much merchandise for her and only recently have some figures been announced. If Anchorage is your oshi, Apex has an amazing treat for you. There is sooooooo much detail in this design. Anchorage herself has a killer pose and sculpt, making this a top tier bishoujo figure. The use of shading, translucent plastic and different paint finishes adds a layer a depth that is among the best of the best.
Another character making her figure debut is Richelieu.The refined elegance of the French beauty is on full display. The design is alluring without being a total thirst trap and is appropriate to match the character. On the base we have her turret to help you remember that, oh yeah, this is a world war II ship!

Atelier Series

Yumia from the most recent Atelier game, Atelier Yumia is looking pretty bashful in a swimsuit. 

Meanwhile Sophie has a more confident appearance as she has fun by the pool.

And of course, the most popular character, Ryza has yet another figure with her big juicy thighs on full display!

If you can't get enough of Ryza and want more, there is also a set by Solarain with Lila and Klaudia available individually or all together!

Honkai Impact 3rd

While not advertised as a set, Pardofelis and Elysia have a beach vacation. The base is slightly different but both showcase a beach scene. With the similar style of swimsuit and matching color palette of pink, white and black, these two could be easily displayed together or added to any beach themed collection.

Blue Archive

Similar to Azur Lane, Blue Archive has several bikini clad figures up for pre-order. This figure of Wakamo is insanely detailed with loads of added flair. The pose of her leaning over gives it that bishoujo edge while the overall design is elegant in nature. This is one of those figures that becomes a centerpiece of a display.

Hinata is also taking a beach vacation and her luggage is packed. Her swimsuit is a bit more plain but Good Smile added plenty of finishing touches making her look great. The translucent sun shawl, removable hat and hair are packed with detail.

Hatsune Miku

The world wide virtual diva sensation is getting two great summer figures. First is a racing Miku based on the 2024 design.  I was not the biggest fan of last years witch like visual but the tropical version looks great. Her twin tails have good gradient color change and her expression is cute.

There is also a prize figure set to release very soon! She is easily identified as Miku but has enough visual difference from the slew of figures to make her stand out. Pose is perfect, outfit is cute and expression is cheerful. This will be a figure I'll pick up at my local game center but for those outside of Japan we have it up for pre-order.

There Are Too Many Losing Heroines

Makeine was one of the best anime released last year. It was so popular that Toyohashi, the real world setting of the story, has an ongoing collaboration that was extended through 2025. Being a recent success, we don't have many figures yet but they is quickly changing. FuRyu has a nice swimsuit figure of Anna to hold us over for the meantime.

Hanikami

A few months ago I wrote a blog about artist Piromizu and their original series Hanikami, Kanojo wa Koi o Suru (Shy Girls in Love). Check it out if your interested in knowing more. Kasane has a cute, embarrassed expression, fitting with the title. There are some other bikini figures from the series already released and this would pair nicely with them. It is also just a great bishoujo figure with plenty of detail to keep your eyes pleased.

Mushoku Tensei

Mushoku Tensei has done a great job making all of the heroines endearing to fans. Roxy however, remains number one. It is most likely because of her split dynamic. Powerful yet small. Wise but insecure. The Loli Baba that plays both ends of the spectrum. Roxy in a swimsuit showcases that dynamic wonderfully. The floaty, school swimsuit and wedgie make you forget that she is a 40 something year old woman.

Mashiro Kanon Channel

Mashiro Kanon may be one of the biggest VTubers you have never heard of. With only 16k subscribers on YouTube and 50k followers on X you may think she isn't that popular. Until you go to her bilibili page where she has over 2 million fans. Her avatar is cute and she is finally getting a figure. Raise Dream bring us this fun swimsuit figure of her lounging at the pool.

Original Characters

Natsu! Bikini! Bishoujo! With a name like that, how could it not make the list. Ice cream in hand, she is dropping her things and frolicking in the ocean. This summer bikini beauty also has some otherworldly vibes, with little harms peaking out of her hair and chibi wings at her back.

To finish off the list we have Summer Memory. It gives a visual of the bishoujo in the water, no legs exposed. The expression and pose are both great and there is some nice subtle detail for added flair. The sculpt is solid and her long hair has a good sense of movement with good shading.
