Today’s Early Bird special is Mysterious Heroine X Alter from Fate/Grand Order!
This Villain’s look is based on her Final Ascension appearance - while the original artwork has her posed in a crouch, this figure shows her in action as she lunges forward!
Her Final Ascension outfit has been carefully recreated with a careful attention to texture. Check out the more metallic sheen on the plates of her armor, compared to the matte plastic parts. Even the nylon fabric of her cloak is distinctly painted to distinguish the different material!
The sculpting of X Alter’s outfit is also incredible. The wrinkling of her cloak’s fabric as it swells behind her adds so much movement to the figure, perfectly matching the energy of the Berserker.
Speaking of energy, her double-bladed Cross Calibur is charged with magic and includes a gorgeous effect part to mimic its strike.
While it might be easy to miss at first glance, the neon gradient effect at the blade’s tip is also a really nice touch.
X Alter’s indifferent expression and gently windswept bangs are a sharp contrast to the dynamism of the figure. Adding to this are her amber eyes, which have been painted with more muted tones, and her open mouth. It adds a delicateness to the powerful figure!
