Well, the answer is obvious: Ereshkigal, of course! I know it in my heart of hearts. Anyone can see the difference and it’s totally not because I know what happens if I say Ishtar and I hate getting zapped. Definitely not because of that. (◐д◑´,,)
I mean, who worships a goddess who runs through the Sumerian countryside like it’s a beach, wreaking more havoc than the Gugalanna she lost? Not me, ( (┳Д┳ ) *sniffles* but in case you do...here’s some Ishtar! There’s even an adorable tiny one for your pocket. Now hide it before we become yakitori, please.)
The Mistress of the Underworld cuts a powerful figure when she’s in this form! That smile will soon turn into an incantation to release her Noble Phantasm. On the base, you can already see the stones beneath taking on another form. She holds her deadly spear in one hand and a gilded cage in the other. One flourish of her weapons and, all around her will turn into a field of death. None may escape the grip of the Underworld, not even the unrelenting will of Tiamat!
The spirits stir up, released from their cells to rally to their mistress. Her luxurious cloak swirls in the currents made by her subjects rushing past. Their cold and eerie light is reflected on her golden accessories. However, nothing can offer a light so radiant as the one glimmering from her hair. The trademark gold and red colors of the Babylonian gods add a soothing warmth to the icy depths of her domain!
Her expression is that of one who knows she’s won. The Underworld is her dominion and hers alone. No one will corrupt it, not even her own Mother!
Her blood-red eyes glow with a fiery spark, matching the crimson of her clothes. Which, you may have noticed, shows she’s in a pre-ascension stage. Befitting of her rank, even this casual outfit looks very opulent: embroidered designs on the top, gilded ones at the bottom, and many golden tassels dangling from one side of her dress. We also have a figure by Aniplex of her stage 2 appearance at our store, if you prefer a more shocking contrast on her outfit, with more darkness and also more light.
