No Game No Life has been waiting more than a decade for a second anime season. The figure companies, thankfully, did not get the memo.

The series follows genius gamer siblings Sora and Shiro, better known online as the undefeated gaming duo 『 』(Blank). After defeating a mysterious opponent in an online chess match, they are transported to Disboard, a fantasy world where war and violence are forbidden and everything is decided through games. Territories, money, political power and even lives can all be wagered according to the Ten Covenants set down by the god Tet.

That setup lets No Game No Life combine isekai fantasy with increasingly ridiculous mind games. Sora handles most of the social manipulation and bluffing, while Shiro is the quieter mathematical genius capable of processing information at a level that leaves normal players behind. Together, they compensate for each other’s weaknesses and turn almost every game into an exercise in figuring out how badly the rules can be abused.

Shiro is also easily one of the most recognizable characters from the series. Her extremely long white hair, gradient coloring and oversized sailor-style outfit make her stand out even in a series famous for aggressively colorful character design. She is usually quiet and expressionless, but she becomes much more animated around games and Sora. That contrast between tiny, detached genius and terrifying competitive ability is a big part of her charm.

FuRyu is now revisiting Shiro with a new TENITOL TALL Swimsuit Dress, based on a newly drawn illustration created for the anime’s 10th anniversary. The figure is non-scale but stands around 29cm tall including the base, making it considerably larger than standard non-scale releases.

The design is more elaborate than some swimsuit style figures. Shiro gets a light dress-like skirt which adds a layer of frills, giving the lower half of the figure more volume. The softer purple and white colors fit nicely with the summery theme.

Shiro’s hair has always been one of the hardest parts of her design to translate into 3D because there is so much of it. Here, the strands spread outward behind her rather than simply falling straight down, helping the otherwise relaxed pose feel more lively. The soft gradient coloring also gives it some depth without overwhelming the pastel outfit.

The semi-translucent veil is probably the nicest extra detail. FuRyu has given it a pearl finish, adding a slight shimmer that separates it from the rest of the dress. It is a small material change, but with so much white and light blue across the figure, that kind of variation is important. Otherwise, everything could easily blend together into one giant pastel mass.

Shiro’s expression is kept simple and subdued, which suits her. A huge smile or energetic idol pose would feel out of character. The slight expression gives the figure enough personality while letting the costume and hair do most of the visual work.

Season 2 may still be trapped in another dimension, but at least Shiro continues to find her way onto our shelves. The TENITOL TALL Shiro Swimsuit Dress Ver. is currently available for pre-order with an expected June 2027 release!
