If you enjoy romance visual novels, Yuzusoft needs no introduction. Since the developers founding in 2006, they have released numerous popular titles in the romance and slice-of-life genres and have become well known for their games high-quality artwork, engaging storytelling and charming characters.

Some of Yuzusoft’s most well known games include Dracu-Riot!, Riddle Joker and their latest release, Tenshi☆Souzou RE-BOOT! Over the years, they have become a leader in the eroge industry and have garnered a pretty large fan base. While you can always just skip through the H-scenes, Yuzusoft realized there was a market they might be missing.

Using the same talented team from their adult visual novels, they created an all-ages brand called Yuzusoft SOUR with PARQUET being the first title released. Going for a more general audience, PARQUET’s price was also lower than their other titles. With the same production team known for their high quality and having Nao Toyama voice some of the characters, you get the full Yuzusoft experience at a discount.

PARQUET takes place in a future where humans have developed an interface that connects the brain to machines. By digitizing the human psyche, it was only a matter of time before a mad scientist with a bad idea wanted to experiment. From these illegal experiments, the protagonist Ibuki Kanato is born.

The story follows Ibuki as he goes on a journey in search of his true self. As he steps out into the world, he meets a girl named Tsubasa Kido who has also been a victim of experimentation. Tsubasa however only appears during the day. Tsubasa has been sharing bodies with a girl named Rino Ibaraki and the two switch between day and night.

When Alice Glint announced figures from the series, it was only natural to give both Rino and Tsubasa figures.

Fans will definitely appreciate the pedestal for both characters. Rino sitting on a crescent moon and Tsubasa standing atop a sundial was a perfect way to showcase the two's complicated dynamic. It also allows for them to be displayed well together or alone.

Both are given pretty dynamic poses. For Tsubasa, she almost feels like she is perched up high. You get a sense of a strong wind at her back.

While Rino is sitting, her jacket has slipped off her shoulders. She is also holding one of her boots giving a similar sense of height to Tsubasa. Combining the dangling boot and jacket, there is anticipation she may drop it.

The coloring for both figures is also very well done. Their hair has a good layered look and the highlights are nicely done. Alice Glint has added a decent amount of shading throughout both figures which really help them pop.

You can fully appreciate their mastery in the pedestals. Rino’s moon has a very realistic wood finish while Tsubasa’s sundial visually looks like it is made of copper or bronze.

Alice Glint is also allowing fans who get both figures to do something special. Since Rino and Tsubasa are the same character, you can replace the hair and face plate and swap them as you so choose. It is a simple but very appreciated added touch.

Tsubasa and Rino are both currently available for pre-order and you can save 15% with our early bird discount!
