Fans of Date A Live are waiting for a season 6 announcement but they still have a lot to look forward to in 2025. FuRyu’s Tenitol Tall series brings two characters to life in fun, ecchi, bishoujo themes. Both, fan favorite, Kurumi Tokisaki and underappreciated Mio Takamiya are getting the spotlight with their own matching figures, each showcasing flirty designs.
Date A Live revolves around a high school boy named Shido Itsuka who has the extraordinary ability to seal the powers of mysterious beings known as Spirits. These Spirits cause destruction when they appear in the human world. To prevent further this, Shido must make the Spirits fall in love with him and seal their powers through a kiss. Here, dating is truly a matter of life or death! The series blends action, romance, and comedy, and with a diverse harem cast, a little something for everyone.

Kurumi is one of the most popular characters from the series. She is a major antagonist-turned-anti-heroine with the ability to manipulate time and create clones of herself. Her sadistic personality, gothic aesthetic and love of smol, cute animals makes her an enjoyable character to watch.

Mio on the other hand has a more tragic backstory. She seeks to revive her lost love, even if it means causing widespread destruction. Mio’s character is complex, embodying both immense power and profound loneliness. Despite the chaos she causes to achieve her goal, fans see her heart is in the right place (even if she is completely misguided).

As part of the Tenitol Tall series, these figures by FuRyu are larger than standard non-scale figures while still being moderately priced. FuRyu gave Kurumi and Mio original designs that are cute to the max!

The figures feature a lingerie-inspired outfit with added kemomimi to balance the kawaii and ecchi vibes. The pose is cheerful and inviting and the sculpt is rather well done.

The use of clear parts for Kurumi’s hair and their nightgowns is a nice added touch. It's not too revealing but adds good visual interest.

The ruffles around the dress are charming and the added accessories break up the plain color palette. Black and red for Kurumi and white and blue for Mio fit each character. Their innocent smile and adorable cat ears and tail add to their charm. It adds a bit of playfulness and keeps the visual light hearted.

You can pre-order Mio and Kurumi today with an anticipated release around the end of summer.
