The second figure to release featuring everyone's favourite shrine maiden in the alternative 'Kourindou' outfit and yet another excellent figure from manufacturer Ques Q. The sculptor, I-con, is well known for producing Touhou Project figures and their experience shows. All the details of Reimu's clothes and hair are defined beautifully on this figure and the expression on the face is really very cute. The paint is also superb.

Accessories include an extra empty hand which is appreciated as it's always nice to have alternative display options. The base is simple but not too large and does its job well. Reimu is also already attached to it which eliminates that always so nerve-wracking moment of getting a figure onto its base!

Main complaint could perhaps be the fact that the figure is just quite small compared to others, definitely a true 1/8 scale. But displayed next to other Ques Q figures it fits in just fine.

As of writing, Ques Q have released 4 Touhou Project Kourindou figures. Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya and Remilia and Reimu would look wonderful displayed in a set with the other three - I hope to one day get them too! For now though this is definitely one of the nicest Reimus out there and I could recommend It to any Touhou fan, or anyone who just likes figures with pretty outfits!
