I bought this figure brand new so I understand why it was kind of hard to put him on the base (the holes where the base pegs go in his shoes tightened during the long time in the box) but I did it within a couple of minutes. Everything else was great since he is a simple figure. In my opinion, this figure is the best one made in this line regarding Psycho Pass - definitely recommend him :)

I was expecting subpar quality mostly because of when this figure was manufactured, but it looks much better than I expected! Happy with my purchase.
