The transformation is incredibly complex and difficult, not for the faint of heart. The model is rock solid in hunting mode. Gerwalk mode is a bit fussy. Battloid, however, is the most refined and difficult to use. Some of the more delicate pieces seemed designed to detach almost effortlessly, presumably so they wouldn't break while transforming. I found this to be a thoughtful design decision.
If there's one complaint, it's the ball joints on the shoulders. There are some corners where the shoulder joints lack tension, and the arms aren't stable. It's not a problem for me, but certainly less than one would expect from such an expensive model. For anyone wanting full poseability, this could be terribly annoying. There are ways to improve ball joint tension, yes, but for an expensive model, you'd expect it to be ready to go.
