The second version of the World is very similar to the third one in terms of colouring - the main colour scheme is sandy and muted, ellegant, classy. What might come a bit as obscene, something that doesn't happen with the third version, is that the little heart pins over the World's body are pink (a hot pink, may I add) and they're extremely flashy. They make too great contrast with the pastel beige and grey of the body. In rest, the sculpt is the same as for the other the World versions and it comes with a MudaMuda speech plate, which is a cool addition. It's a great figure with good mobility, but the hearts are a bit too pink.
