Yes, it comes with the Star Finger extra hand, which is funny. As for the figure, it looks good, it's very purple and has many nice details all over the body. It looks exactly like in the manga, and the hair is especially nicely done. The articulations have good mobility and are less visible than in other part three figures. The loin cloth looks a bit strange, but it's not too bad. The hips might bend too much, but they can keep the figure upright. It's about as big as Jotaro, and it's a but bigger than otger parts SASes.
