As a fan of the Clannad anime and visual novel I simply had to get my hands on one of the, seemingly elusive, figures. The details on this figure are standard for figures from the year this was released and it has survived over a decade with only very minor discolouration of the arms and face (you'd probably have struggled to notice if I hadn't pointed it out(.
There is a minor fault on the left arm of the gym shirt as the white paint has been accidentally applied to the red end.
The base is horrific though, even for the release date. There is simply no excuse for such a flimsy and cheap base. I had to apply considerable force to get her feet on to the studs. I heard a crack whilst doing this but couldn't see any breaks in the base. Even once she is fitted, the problems do not end there, the base does not sit flat against the ground; I assume there's a matter of the base being too flimsy to properly support the figure.

Overall I am content with my purchase but, if you're able to find this figure for sale, keep in mind the minor faults I have pointed out.
