Welcome to the Solaris Blog! ヾ( ʚ̴̶̷ .̫ ʚ̴̶̷ )ノ”

Who is this beautiful witch, whose silver hair flows like the white seafoam? Who is this sensual beauty, who causes even the fairest mermaids to hide in shame? That’s right, it’s Elaina! The constant flow of Elaina merchandise keeps Majo no Tabitabi fans wondering: will we get another season? There has been lots of hype over season 2, but at this point some people are starting to wonder if it’s just a legend. q(╯ᆺ╰๑) The tale of the morally grey ashen-haired witch continues beyond the screens, in light novel format. However, that leaves us, the anime-only laypeople, wondering when we’d get to see the antics of our beloved wandering witch again…
If you happen to be lost but very curious about this cutie, we have a quick summary that you can check out on our YouTube channel!

The light novel series of Majo no Tabitabi is still ongoing, but the anime had only one season, animated by studio C2C. The scenery is beautiful, the colors are bright, and it has all the makings of a cheerful, funny isekai anime. However, with someone like Elaina as the main character, it’s anything but. The series approaches quite heavy themes from the point of view of this talented but conceited wandering witch. Fans find her anti-heroism refreshing, but others may not stand the “off” feeling Elaina sometimes gives.

You’ve been warned, this is not Kiki delivering bread and cakes, it’s Elaina delivering attitude.

And this time, she’s back at the beach, looking cute and coy. Once again, FuRyu brings us a beautiful summer scene!
I say “once again” because back in 2022 they brought us this wonderful figure (that we happen to have brand new and pre-owned in our shop!). It was taken straight from the cover of volume 7 of the light novel series, done by illustrator Azure. ( ◇^◡^)♡Though this time the scene doesn’t seem to be in the cover of a light novel, with how well the theme of summer carried over we could pretty much guess it’s still Azure’s work! In fact, Azure actually used the illustration in some of their doujinshi goods sold at Comiket 100.However, this Elaina figure differs in one important aspect, one that would send Saya (and many other fans) hurtling to the moon in a rocket made of love.

In this 1/7 scale figure, Elaina is so sexyyy! (´♡ᴗ♡`) She is wearing a shirt that has just the perfect amount of sheerness to hint at the skin beneath. The collar opens casually to reveal her swimsuit. She protects herself from the chilly sea breeze with her witch’s coat, which has quite elegant ornamentation. In all of her previous figures, the coat is there more to add movement to the scene, but in this figure, it’s stationary (at least from the front), draping over her shoulders. This calls for a lot more detailed work on the coat, and FuRyu delivers! I personally love the manicure matching the popsicle and the pearly sheen on Elaina’s shirt buttons. Also, if you look closely at the tips of her hair, you will notice they transition to a warmer color in an ever so subtle gradient, vaguely reminiscent of a sunset. It gets eclipsed by the depth of the red of her coat lining, but it’s there, and it makes all the difference for a keen-eyed anime figure collector! ☕٩(˘ε˘˶ )The hat is a removable piece. So, if you want to see more of the gradient on her hair, displaying this figure without it might be a good choice. It lightens things up a bit, and the sunset vibes Elaina gives off become more apparent. Without a hat, she also becomes more casual, maybe even more flirty. (^³^)
A little breeze is always welcome to keep the heat away, and to enhance Elaina’s natural beauty by making her silver hair dance in the wind. From the back, you can get a better sense of movement with her coat and her hair.
In the anime, Elaina’s color palette is prominently purple and light pink, but the blue wardrobe is canonical as well! It can be seen on the covers of the light novels whenever the mood or season calls for a little cooler palette. And because this is a summer scene, blue is definitely the most fitting choice.
I do, however, have a little nitpick: the wall upon which Elaina sits is looking a little flat to me. I’m an absolutist for beautiful bases though, so it’s a point loaded with personal opinion! Take it with a whole ocean’s worth of salt.
The focal point of this scale figure is Elaina, and she looks absolutely stunning!Besides, just look at this pretty face! Elaina’s presence alone is enough to beautify the scene. Such is the power of a witchy prodigy.

The shading, the details, the relaxed pose and the paintjob are a refreshing change. Most figures of Elaina chose to portray her perky side, but even in the light novel covers there’s a good balance between calm and cheerful moments. So, it’s only fair that we would get some more composed poses too. This serene attitude also makes Elaina seem more mature, which further enhances the sexiness of the whole figure. This sexy summer 1/7 scale figure of Elaina is currently available for pre-order at our store, and with an Early Bird discount to boot! She is scheduled to be released in June 2025. The Early Bird discount will end soon though, so check it out now! (ღゝ◡╹)ノ
