Arknights: Endfield has taken over a lot of advertising space in Japan. Launched January 22, 2026, they have been pumping out ads, borrowing billboards and even took over Akihabara the weekend after release. A special pop up event included cosplayers and free goodies for those who downloaded the game. With so much hype, of course there would be figures.

If you’ve somehow avoided falling into the gacha abyss, Arknights is a wildly popular strategic tower‑defense RPG known for its atmospheric worldbuilding, great thematic soundtrack and characters so stylish they each deserve the spotlight. It blends dystopian sci‑fi with medical drama, political intrigue, and a surprising amount of emotional storytelling.

And just when fans thought they had a handle on the universe, developer Hypergryph said, what if… more? and introduced a new branch of the franchise. Arknights: Endfield expands the universe into a full 3D real‑time RPG with exploration, combat, and a fresh cast of Operators. It’s still unmistakably Arknights with sleek tech, mysterious lore, and characters with enough drip to power a hydroelectric plant, but with a new perspective and new stories to uncover. While combat is fun, the real gem of Endfield is its base-building system that combines exploration, resource management and factory simulation, similar to Factorio. You have to harvest resources, refine and process materials at specific machines and route them through conveyor belts for crafting. With around 50% of the game focusing on building a base, those who enjoy trying to optimize things will find a lot to love.

If you never played the original Arknights, you can jump into Endfield and not miss anything. The opening roster of characters is diverse and you can definitely find your next oshi. Among these new faces is someone who immediately caught the fandom’s attention…

Chen Qianyu is one of Endfield’s standout characters: cool‑headed, composed, and effortlessly elegant. She carries herself with the kind of quiet authority that makes you think she could defuse a crisis with a single glance… or cause one if she felt like it. Her design blends futuristic techwear with refined, almost ceremonial elements, giving her a presence that’s both modern and mythic.

Naturally, she was destined for a premium figure adaptation.

Apex Innovation has a reputation for crisp sculpting and immaculate paintwork, but with Chen Qianyu, they’ve gone above and beyond. The figure captures her poised stance perfectly, calm, confident, and subtly dynamic, as if she’s about to step forward into the unknown.

The detailing is exquisite. Her outfit features layered textures, from matte fabrics to metallic accents, all rendered with precision.

Her hair sculpt flows naturally, with delicate strands that add movement without overwhelming the silhouette.

Her expression is bright and cheerful, but her dual blades and confident stance show she is capable. It is a perfect reflection of her in‑game persona.

The base is a bit simple but incorporates Endfield’s signature aesthetic. It is clean, futuristic and visually unique without distracting from the character. It is a bit disappointing they didn't add a bit more to it like the base for their Zenless Zone Zero figures but it is acceptable.

The overall composition feels balanced and premium, the kind of figure that could easily become a centerpiece. While the base is a bit lacking. The small details to the hair sculpt and vibrant accent colors on her uniform more than make up for it.

Whether you’re an Arknights collector, a fan of Endfield’s new cast, or simply someone who appreciates high‑quality craftsmanship, this is a piece that elevates any display. Chen Qianyu is available for pre-order and eligible for an early bird discount! You can reserve today in preparation for her late 2026 release!
