Any action-packed Fate figure usually catches my interest. But holy sh– when I saw this figure posed with Saber’s Triumphant Excalibur figure, I was floored. The base of jagged rocks and her intense battle cry already had me, but I’d be lying if I didn’t say my wallet was open as soon as I saw those two Sabers posed together.

It’s not really common to see figures from MOBAs — at least not yet. So it was quite the surprise to hear League was getting some figure releases! Of course, Ahri is one of the first up and this APEX scale features her K/DA skin. Choosing this specific skin is really fun since it means we get to see her crystal tails in figure form, but also because it keeps the hope alive in me that the other K/DA members will have their figures of their own announced soon… (´▽`ʃƪ)
I’m not sure how weird this is, but I gotta be honest. The thing that’s really selling me on this figure is not Megumi herself, but: a) the base, and b) the shawl.
The base is just super fun in that there’s the wood paneling of a deck, with the water effect literally rounding it out at a much lower elevation. The contrast in heights is super fun, but the different textures and shades of these components is just as impressive. And her shawl — a cascading sunset of ombre pinks and purples looks absolutely stunning. Her design definitely stands out, and I honestly love it all the more because of this.

Okay, let’s keep this short: cat ears, wide-eyed expression, and a tiny notebook for Komi to communicate. If that doesn’t sell you on this Nendo, I don’t know what will.
Gojo honestly hasn’t changed too much from his original Nendoroid release, but there are some things worth mentioning. This Jujutsu Kaisen 0 version shows this chibified heartthrob pre-blindfold when he used to cover his eyes with bandages. He also comes with a twisted blade as an accessory and a black and red base.
Otherwise, you can still remove the bandages and let his hair down, sport some sunglasses, and show off some jujutsu sorcery. It’s a fun variation that is perfect for any Gojo simps out there~
Sword and Shield was some time ago and not gonna lie, I’ve already forgotten most of what happened. What I won’t forget, though, is meeting Marnie. Even though she’s meant to be our rival, I fell so quickly for those shaved bangs and bright green eyes.
Although her Japanese name is Mary, a bland disservice to my girl here, her pastel punk aesthetic is just too perfect a blend of tough and cute, inspiring dreams of Marnie and me~

Tokisaki’s Coreful Swimsuit figure has a new colorway! The original release had a darker palette for her bikini, while this Renewal version seems to feature shades more similar to her usual dress. It’s a small change, sure, but it makes for a nice alternate option for Tokisaki fans!
“Shifuku” roughly translates to “everyday clothes,” essentially taking Miku from the stage to her everyday life. I never even considered digital celebrities have downtime…eh, probably reflects poorly on me — Vocaloids have lives too!
This release is an insanely cute take on Miku, dressed down while chilling at home. Gone is her synthesizer-esque aqua ensemble and in its place is something cozier: a fluffy sweater; striped thigh highs; and loose-fitting, frilly loungewear. Even her square ribbons are swapped out for puffy pom-poms to add to Miku’s softer look. Her happy smile beckons you to join her, the mug clasped in her hands only adding warmth to this heart-meltingly adorable scene. I should have considered everyday life with a Vocaloid sooner!
Taito’s Aqua Float Girls features, you guessed it, girls with donut floats. There’s already quite a cast of characters featured in this series, but Elaina is most certainly a welcome addition. She’s posed comfortably in a purple donut float, which features surprising details like a crimped seam and translucent upper half. Elaina herself looks adorable with her cascading white hair matching the trim of her bikini. The column of water serving as the figure’s base is the icing on top (or bottom) in creating this perfect poolside picture — a fun theme to feature in your collection!

This specific release showcases her beach bod in bronze, allowing for some nice tan lines. Lastly, she comes with two different faces: hesitant and crying. This is definitely not an 18+ figure for the faint-hearted, but props to F.W.A.T. for a lewd figure that, for better or worse, goes so hard…
