I brought a brand new one. The figure is good and I really like her pose and expression. However, the hole to connect her right hair and her right hair piece's connector molded wrong (facing same direction instead of mirroring) so they cannot be connected to each other. I ended up have to switch the right hair and the left hair since the her left hair hole is a rectangle so it fit both hair pieces. There are a few color missing spots, scratches, and dirt/dust spots on the figure.
