This figure is in scale only with other part 4 characters, being a bit smaller than other parts characters. The blue of the outfit is the same as the one used for Josuke's clothes. Okuyasu comes with very few accessories, but the additional head (the grinning one) is hillarious and makes it worth it. The paint job and the shadowing done on the figure are well executed. Looks great next to Josuke or the Hand.
