Best from this figure are the model detail and the shadows. The sword looks neat, and the character resembles the one in the series, including the face. Very ninja like figure, oh good old times...

The diorama it makes this figure with the other Kakashi figure is just amazing. If you have one of the two, buying the other is almost mandatory.
