I picked this up because I really wanted Yamato from Kantai Collection, but I did not have enough money to buy the big figures they offered. Enter the Nendoroid. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the figure. There are many ways to pose Yamato. With the guns, without the guns, with and without the umbrella, with Food, firing shells and with gun blasts from the cannons, and more. You can even switch out the 155mm anti-ship guns for a rack of 127mm anti-aircraft guns! There are many details present on the figure. The 25mm anti air cannons are on turret one and three, just like in real life. The rigging is the most impressive feature of the model. the rear turret can articulate to fire over Yamato, and the way it moves is impressive for a figure of this size! The details on the face and the rest of the figure are also impressive. It is evident that there is lots of care went into this figure.

I would highly recommend anyone interested getting into collecting Kantai Collection Nendoroid or Yamato figures should check this out. It is smaller than the average figure, so it fits better on the shelf. It also is less expensive than larger scale figures, so you can collect more of them at a reasonable price. So, go out there, and get a Yamato for your collection!
