I ordered her preowned and she was packaged as if she was brand new, all the smart parts were in a bag I was surprised. The figure and box were in really great condition, the figure had no defects or faults. Her guitar is one of the best features it looks like it's quite accurate to a real guitar and it's polished, so it has this shine to it. I'm also happy with the size of the figure, she is quite decent.
Unfortunately, the shine of the guitar can't be seen in the picture. Overall, I'm very happy with my Yui figure and I'd recommend getting preowned figures from Solaris Japan if you'd like the cheaper option.
