I appreciate the shading used on clothing and hair (which is more subtle). Head looks glued to the neck and the join looks a bit unclean. If you look closely, you can see a mild mold line on the top of the head's hair (not shown on my picture).
I'm still trying to get accustomed to the face. It's acceptable.
