It could be just the one I received, however it is nearly impossible for the horse to stand on its own – the stand is really a requirement. The problem is loose joints at the hips and shoulders. If you do get it to stand on its own without a stand, count your blessings and dont bother trying to put your figure on top.

That being said, when you connect the horse to the stand it can look quite fantastic, with or without a figure on it. I bought one for my Figma Casca from Berserk. It’s well suited to fantasy characters.
