Takara Tomy and Hasbro had a pretty interesting job to do when it came to designing Amalgamous Prime, and I honestly think they did a good job. The figure has an interesting design, being essentially a block with four arms. The figures color palette is mostly made up of greys, some yellows to make him pop, and a single red line that helps the head look more robotic. The main gimmick is that he can separate his limbs to combine into different forms. His main transformation is a four legged walker tank and it's not terrible, just odd and underwhelming. Articulation is good and he comes with a lot of accessories; two T-Cogs with one of them in his head and acts as his eye, a blaster, and his scythe. Amalgamous Prime is the most interesting release and I think it makes it pretty memorable.
