I was surprised by this figure, it looks much better in person than any of the promotion pictures, the paint is very good for an older figure, her wings and her twin tails hair look really good, there’s even little tucks in her tights at the tops of her legs. It has excellent likeness for Ikaros, it’s spot on, skin tone is very good.

Like a lot of figures the base is different to the promo pics, in the pics the base is black & blue and she’s not centred in the base. The real base is white and she’s centred in it, I’m not too fond of the base, I would have preferred them to continue the wind effect and just widen it at the bottom, but it’s not too bad, at least it won’t show light scratching from dusting.

All in all I’m very happy with the figure, I needed a 1/7 Ikaros to go with my 1/7 Skytube Astraea, now I just need to find the 1/6 Kotobukiya Ikaros to go with my 1/6 Plum Astraea & Nymph.
