The sculpt is carefully made and the paintwork is amazingly done, it brings another layer of details. There are so many nuances of red, crimson, bloody, orange-ish and so on. It's a terrifying piece of collection, and the mannequin, and especially the way it is held in the Pyramid Head's hand, makes it even more disturbing.
