One of the ponytails came snapped off from shipping, and I attribute this to the figure sitting fully "assembled" in the blister with little protection. This is apparently not a completely uncommon occurence with this figure. Still, it is not a huge deal to me as it could be fixed with the ol' super glue, and despite this QC issue I would still highly recommend it as it is the best and most beautiful Sakura Miku figure on the market (and her only scale).
