The figure is big, just like all PopUp Parades are. For how clean these figures usually look, Dio does have a few details (some shadows and some lines on the face, around the nose). The yellows and greens are straight out of a Crayola box, which is just so kitsch and fabulous that it's Dio to the T. The abs and pecs are there (one thing that PopUps do perfectly) and the shoulders are ridiculous wide, going perfectly with the style. However, the figure is not without flaws in terms of design, at least visually - the face definitely could have used more details, as it looks a bit too clean and not menacing enough, and the same goes with thw hair - it's too Dragon Ball-ish. And the flatness of Dio's *ahem* bottom is just an insult to the character (although who places the figure with its back in the front). They're nitpicks, I know, but I feel like this figure lost a bit of this character in the manufacturing process, things that were done perfectly with the Jotaro PopUp. However, if you are a fan of this figure line, it's definitely a a good quality figure, and more details can be easily added with some paint.
