Finally, a Medicos figure of Dio that captures Dio's size (at least, the one that he had during the first and third parts). The arms look huge, the torse looks big, the hips are like barrels - pretty much, the original design of Dio. The face plates, especially the one with his teeth bared, are very nicely sculpted and painted, and the figure's neck is like a tree trunk. However, I really don't think that pink is the colour that captures the character. It's silly, and not Dio stripper-clothes silly. The colours don't really match the character, but that doesn't mean this isn't a cool figure. However, the hair and buttons are painted in a very aesthetically pleasing golden hue, so maybe the pink outfit is not all that bad. Crimson would have looked cooler, or maybe blue (but it would have been too simmilar to Jonathan).
