Not bad not good. Mainly face is a bit derpy, I think it's partly because the moustache and the eyes/eyebrow. Scale seems too small I think. The lack of shading makes it look too plain (which is not always the case with this line). No stars on chest dragon balls. The rest is fine I guess, muscles are nicely shaped and the horn things look ok.
