Today we’re taking a look at a Shop Exclusive from Good Smile’s exclusive releases at WonFes 2020: it’s the always adorable Snow Miku Nendoroid for 2020!
The theme for 2020 Snow Miku was all about Hokkaido snow and musical instruments, so this year’s Miku is all dressed up for a marching band! From her fringed shoulder pads to her majorette boots, she looks like she’s ready to play a perfect winter melody. ♫꒰･◡･๑꒱
Even from behind, you can really get a sense of the theme - check out the snowflake-like pattern of her dress, which seems to blend geometric shapes with a snowy mountain scape. And the crinkled music sheet bow is such a hidden treasure, just barely peeking out when checking Miku out from the front.
Of course, Yukine is equally prepared for this year’s theme and comes with a lovely little trumpet and hat! Pose Miku leading Yukine with the included baton part. ♪(´ε｀ )
And after a long day of playing music, Miku can sit down for a quick break thanks to swappable leg parts. You can also remove her hat and have Yukine join her for a little siesta from the festivities.
In addition to her standard smiling expression, Miku also comes with an eyes closed expression which you can use to pose her playing her brass horn. It looks like she’s so into the music! ρ(^^ )♭
But the best expression is her excited expression - her firmly shut eyes and sweet smile make it just perfect! You can also pose her holding onto little Yukine with interchangeable arm parts.
