Poor quality print and durability

Solaris Japan's service was 10/10, no complains there. Insight on the other hand has to do better; I know Insight's history. The figure's digital design is superb. The print material is super fragile, and there's a lot of print imperfections. The prototype team should have seen how overdesigned and fragile the bottom part of the hair piece was. Basically, any thin or pointy part can break with a gust of wind. Insight needs to keep working on their print quality. I don't regret the purchase but I am disappointed with the print quality. I wonder if this is why Insight chose to re-release it.
