I'm not the first to say it, and Solaris warns consumers about the terrible quality of B'Full products, but I bought this figure anyway and ooooh boy.
-Both feet are damaged; one fully broken.
-Multiple hair strands broken.
-Plastic bumps all over hair and dress.
-White dress broken; both at collar and at the waist.
-Hair piece that slides into place broke part of the ear.
-Left arm doesn't completely slide into place.
-Tail doesn't align with toga; tail hangs lower making toga magically float.
-Torso and legs don't fit well; leaves a noticeable gap.
Now, I love a good project; I build Gundams as a hobby. But this thing really took a lot of effort. Trying to sand down some parts to make them fit better etc. is something I shouldn't have to do. And having to glue half the figure back together is also something I shouldn't have to do. Unfortunately I'd also need to start painting some parts to actually get this thing looking presentable, but I drew my line at sanding and glue.
Don't be stupid, and listen to Solaris. B'Full and Insight aren't worth the extra hours of manual labour. Save your money for other figures. Hell, even gacha/prize figures are A+++ quality merch in comparison.
The dress and hair has 3D bumps all over it that look unsettling. The dress was broken in the box when I got it. The legs were also broken off in multiple places as well. The feet were broken off. They didn't bother sanding this down after 3D printing it. It's very low quality. It's super light and weighs almost nothing. It feels very frail. The strands of hair and flat parts of the dress will break of they are hit lightly.
The packaging of the item is terrible as well. They just shrink wrapped the figure to a piece of cardboard. For something that's nearly $200 USD, this is not worth it. If you are luck to get it unbroken and shattered in many places, you can probably get away with displaying it from far away...but if it's broken, even if you glue it together, the broken cracks and lines are going to be visible. I'll never waste my money on this brand again. They should not be sold by anyone until their quality meets basic standards. Terrible quality at absurd prices.
