Yarn amiibos are very interesting and very cute. They are much softer in real life than they are in the prototype photo and decidedly smaller than you would expect them to be. They are amiibo of the standard size, but it was still a surprise to see them fit perfectly in the palm of your hand. They are woly, have a spun texture and are a lot of fun to hold and crush.
Overall, I really like the amiibo and I plan to buy the Green as well. They are very cute next to the other amiibo, which makes them a unique part of the few I've collected.
